Customer Sales Graduate

Programme duration: 3 years starting in July 2025

Job location: Hemel Hempstead with occasional travel to other UK locations

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (hybrid working – 2-3 days a week in office)

Salary: Starting on £33,000 per year with annual salary reviews

As a Customer Sales Graduate you will:

• Support Account Managers building business plans internally and externally
• Build relationships and partnerships both ‘on trade’ – restaurants/stadiums/pubs and leisure sites, and ‘off trade’ with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and grocery stores. 
• Analyse data and contribute towards key targets including profit and loss, producing forecasts and promotion modelling
• Support contract negotiations including prices, promotions and brand execution
• Deliver sales proposal presentations, business plan tracking and other key customer projects.

What you'll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, along with a clear motivation for pursuing a career in FMCG Sales.  Any Sales or Customer related work experience or internships would be an advantage. 
• An interest in FMCG sales and building relations and partnerships both ‘on trade’ – restaurants/stadiums/pubs and leisure sites, and ‘off trade’ with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and grocery stores.
• The ability to speak confidently and professionally with clients
• An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• An appetite to take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
